The state of the corpus
A curated answer carries an implied warranty that a chatbot's does not. So the review status of every card is published, including the parts that are not finished.

Open, and stated plainly
20 of 27 cards are currently signed off by a placeholder reviewer rather than a credentialed one. Appointing a licensed trade or a retired municipal building official to review the Tier A cards is the outstanding gap in this corpus. Until that happens, treat the technical cards as well-sourced orientation rather than professional sign-off — which is what the site tells you to do everywhere anyway.
How review works

Detected changes do not publish themselves
Detected upstream changes never publish themselves. scripts/watch-sources.mjs records a content hash for every watched source URL. When a hash moves, the affected cards are written to content/pending-changes.json and the build marks them 'pending review'. A named reviewer must confirm the change and re-date the card before it is served again.
